Wisdom, Connection, Authenticity, Joy, Warmth…

Hi there, I’m Pan, a life and career coach that empowers people to unleash their authentic power to achieve success in their careers and relationships. I love helping people transform their lives from inner vision to reality, which I know is not always easy to do. But it’s so worth the time and effort. I should know because I’m living proof!

However, a few years ago, my life was unrecognizable from what it is today. After graduating with a master’s degree in Actuarial Science from Columbia University and working in the field for a few years, everything seemed perfect from the outside. I was making great money, worked for a reputable company, had regular working hours, enjoyed fun weekend activities, and ate out at the best restaurants. But deep within, I was miserable and knew something was missing. I didn’t care deeply about what I was doing for a living and there was no meaning for me. At that point, I went through a period of introspection and reflection about myself and my life to find what it was that truly lit me up and felt like a calling

I knew I needed help and guidance to transform my life, so I hired a career coach. After an assessment and a few sessions, my coach asked if I would consider being a life coach. I thought she was joking, but the seed of my future career had been planted.

Soon after, I realized I did want to move into coaching, but I didn’t know how to make that happen and an internal battle raged inside over whether to leave a career I had spent so much time, money, effort, and energy building. But ultimately, I had to follow my heart. I knew I had to take the plunge if I wanted to live from a place of authenticity. It hasn’t always been easy to follow this path, but it has always felt right. And one thing I had was trust—trust in myself and trust in the process—which was a breakthrough from coaching.

I finally transitioned out of my career as an actuary to become a full-time life and career coach. It was a huge leap of faith for me to leave a good, steady job to venture out on my own and into the unknown! I was scared but also thrilled. I took a deep breath, set my goals, focused on coaching, and the money and clients followed.

Being a life coach is an ongoing evolution—a process of becoming continually free by breaking through the “prison cells” we set around ourselves. I help my clients do the same so that they can break past old patterns and create the life they want. To help others achieve their desired transformations, as my coach helped me achieve mine, is so fulfilling and gratifying. I want you to feel the same about what your life, so let’s find what lights you up!
